Buyer beware!! Seeing Manny's truck at a neighborhood construction site in Oct 2020, I asked him to repipe the bath/shower valve for my bath remodel. I paid fully upfront, but he indicated he would have to come back after I finished the bath wall tile to install the proper length of copper pipe for the tub spout. It took me weeks to install the tile. When it was ready, I texted; spoke to him several times; and left voicemails that I needed him to install the parts. He decided to ghost me and ignore my multiple messages. All I needed was 8 inches of 5/8" copper pipe, a brass sleeve adapter fitting and 15 minutes to install it.
Though his initial work was good, you cannot rely upon him to finish the work of you do not hold back a substantial amount of money until the work is complete.
