Went above and beyond expectations. Primed the entire house without
asking and at no extra cost. Took extra time and effort to power wash,
scrape loose paint peelings, fix loose sidings/nails and removed plants I
forgot to move. Did exceptional job of putting on 2 full coats of paint. Did
extra sanding and painting of front porch, front door and railings on front
steps without asking and at no extra cost. I would not hesitate to recommend
Mr. Rolando Molina for any job because he and his family not only do painting
