    And that with said, Michael Hopkins how good his work. Don't have issues with him. He is a good contractor. We had a good experience with Mike when we started project with them. I don't have anything that he needs to improve on, I think his quality was great and the house I've seen he's done.

    I bought a house in 2003 that Michael was just finishing the renovation on. The house is fantastic from top to bottom. He did a lot of things that, on spec, no one else would ever do and those features and design elements just make the house so great to live in (e.g., fan controls built into the dimmer light switch, enlarged the porch, tiger wood floors, humongous ceiling fan in the vaulted living room, waterfall granite countertops, deep soaking tubs. He put in all new electrical, duct work, roof, windows, cement siding, even a new path to the sidewalk, not to mention a focal point corner unit (two-sided) fireplace wrapped in slate that goes from the floor to the vaulted ceiling. Amazing! He must be one of those guys that just has a lot of pride in what he does because he clearly ate into his own profit to build this one.
