    Set up and put in a modular home for me
    $90,000

    This place does terrible work. Mike will tell you lines of bs and is full of excuses and nothing is his fault as to why it's wrong. I used this company and they did not glue the sewer pipes together and it come apart and backed up in my crawl space. They did work with out pulling all permits until I was demanding and questioning as to where were they. I had crooked walls in my house. The foundation and crawl space wall is out of square and crooked. They hacked the floor up in my house. Carpet installer used scrap carpet under the carpet instead of pad in a couple places on the marriage line of house. This place is a hack and wants to fast track house through. He will take your money but give you terrible quality of work and won't fix it. Stay clear of MBS construction and development.

    This review does not represent the majority of our projects, we did Not build this home, it is a manufactured home lot model that sat on our lot for 2 years before being sold. This home was sold as is. We DID pull all necessary permits, (sometimes the sub-contractors will do the work and then pull the permits). All inspections passed. We address all problems with our customers. We can and will provide references from our many happy and satisfied customers.
