The McAlister tile team came and did a fabulous professional job in my home's central courtyard . Chris McAlister was great to work with and came by and inspected the crew's work everyday and also laid tiles with the crew at times . Communications were very good between us and Chris addressed any concerns
that would as well as ones Chris noticed come up and corrected the problem .
McAlister Tile came best recommended at the Bedrosian tile showroom here in Visalia . I plan to hire them in the future also .
Chris gave me an estimate of cost based on weekly payments and the estimate
was very accurate which my budget deeply appreciated .
As a life long designer I enjoyed working with Chris because he had a good design sense too . All the neighbor's reactions have been WOW

McAlister Tile did a wonderful job remodeling my shower a few months ago.They completed the project in a professional manner and addressed all concerns I had. Chris was very helpful in the design process. My shower turned out beautiful. My husband and I love it. Chris told me that he guaranteed his work and to call him if I had any issues.

FOLLOWUP: Wow! Chris kept his word and guaranteed his work. I had him remodel a shower as noted above and he did a great job!. A few days ago I noticed that the grout along the floor had cracked (I suspect that it happened after the Ridgecrest earthquake and I just did not notice it until now). I texted Chris and the next day the grout was fixed. Thank you for being professional and keeping your word on the guarantee of your work. That's a rarity.

McAlister Tile was recommended by another contractor I worked with and he turned out to be great. He had a good design sense and recommended finish details that turned out very nice. They did my kitchen backsplash, a big walk-in shower and floors and some walls in all the baths. He even helped me fix a fountain that leaked and didn't charge me nearly enough for that. Good guy.

This is my 3rd home project done by McAlister this Time it was a full kitchen remodel. I'm so over joyed with the outcome my kitchen came out even better then I imagined I even had them do a very detailed design in my back splash an center floor, that I was a little nervous about cause it is so detailed and involves a lot of cuts, also to have each one match along the back slash and centerfloor. They were very professional, very clean, their tools put in a nice neat positions the work was done in a professional manner and it was a very easy process dealing with them.The owner Chris McAlister is an excerpt in his field of business, and is very Respectfull and knowledgeable when it comes to any type of tile installment, all the work done is done by code and "warrantied". I couldn't find know one who covers the work with a warranty like they do and the price is really reasonable The also offer discounts to service members and other offers as well.
