    Repair dining room ceiling

    I hired this company to repair my dining room ceiling on October 18, 2022. Not only did they not show up for 3 days after starting the job, they had the nerve to have a young girl call me and tell me the guy should’ve been here by 10 AM today. Once again I am sitting here waiting on this company. I would never recommend this company!

    Do not hire, they are crooks and will extort you for prices way higher than quoted or threaten to tear the work down if you don't pay double the quoted price. Stacy is VERY rude and dishonest with no customer service . They should not be on the Home Depot recommended contractors. AVOID AT ALL COST!

    This company is on the Home Depot Pro list! Don’t hire they are a very dishonest business. Stacy is very rude and if the workers she sends damage your property. She refuses to repair damage and tries to say the didn’t damage property. They are very unprepared and unprofessional. Should not be on any Pro list that’s for sure!

    DO NOT HIRE this company . Stacey the worst with communication and talking to people . We were having shiplap installed and they botched the first 19 panels . Demanded more
    Money from us and never came
    Out to the house when we voiced complaints . Contractor brought his kid to the site to cut wood with electric saw , crew smoked cigarettes every 15 minutes . They talked way more than they worked . Stacey said they were the best for shiplap . Horrible horrible . If I can post pictures here I would. They owe us money for
    Materials and and deposit and they never responded to do anything to make this right . They love asking for money though and don’t produce and then they do a no show without warning when in fact your waiting home for them , like u have nothing else to do all day . They are on the Home Depot PRO list , disgraceful

    rehab a house

    Stacey signed a contract to rehab a house for us in June 2019. She was supposed to have it finished by October 2019. Here it is almost 1 year since she signed the contract and it is not near finished. Poor quality on some of the things. They had to install backsplash in the kitchen 3 times till it was right and installed kitchen cabinets twice. Some of the materials she was supposed to get are still not at the house. Excuses and lies throughout the whole project. She jumped around to other jobs throughout and didn't show up half the time. We kept stressing to her we needed the house finished over and over again. In January she said she wasn't taking on any other jobs and concentrate on finishing it. She stopped returning my calls, text, and emails. The last text I got from her was March 31 where she said "it was not a good time to talk". I'm sure she skipped out on us (and never told us). About a month ago her "office manager" called me to see if we changed the lockbox code (which we didn't) because the guys were there and couldn't get in. I thought maybe they were actually going to work that day. But they probably went there to take all there tools out because they are all gone. So they pried the lockbox off and supposedly they were going to get a new one but there's none there yet. So to top it off they have the keys to the house!! After speaking to the neighbors recently, it sounds like when they were there they were outside smoking and on their phones more then they were working. Our contract stated we could charge $100/day penalty fees for every day they were late. I've asked her to pay through mid-March up until stay at home orders were put in place. Never saw anything yet. I'm sure she has no intentions to pay it. Please don't hire them, you'll be sorry.

    I called MC General Contractors to fix my heat and hot water.They came to my house immediately after I called them and finished very fast.The company did a great job repairing the busted pipes, restoring the heat and hot water the same day. It was a very big job but they got it done fast and the price was very reasonable.I had a great experience with this company.They was very polite and gave us a portable heater to use while they was working to restore the heat.The company went over and beyond to make sure my family and I was comfortable. I called them to come back and install a new toilet plus repair my old sinks, tub and faucets.I'm very happy and satisfied with the great job they did and I will definitely call them if I have any repairs that need to be done in the future.
