They took over three weeks to connect my plumbing to the septic, replace some broken gas line and replace my water heater. Because I live an hour from town they charged me more per hour. They kept saying they were almost done but the job kept getting dragged out and my final bill was over 17,000 dollars (mostly hourly labor) My neighbor has since told me that he didn't see a lot of work getting done at times by the workers. A water pump they installed for me malfunctioned and the owner agreed to fix it and only charge me the cost of a pressure switch. When I complained that I had already spent a high price he blew up, his tone and language got out of line and it ended badly. He told me I could get another plumber and that I could whine about the bill I wanted to. At first, I trusted this business and thought they wanted to treat me right but 17,000 for a job is ridiculous. I was also told that my appliances would be converted to propane and that wasn't done. The propane installer had to complete this job. I was also told by the plumber that my stove was too old to convert to propane and this too wasn't true. The propane installer did it in a matter of minutes. Be very cautious. I'm still angry with how things ended and how I was spoken to.
