Hired MC Pool to resurface my pool. Moises Castaneda talks a good game, but he left the project unfinished, repeatedly lied about dates, didn't return calls or messages, and ultimately blocked multiple phone numbers when I asked for a refund for the portion of the work left unfinished. He is a crook and should not be trusted.
