The following in my opinion on reading my experience with MC Roofing & Siding at 28 Morton Street in Norwalk CT.
I purchased a house two years ago from a rehabber who used MC Roofing & Siding, located at 28 Morton Street in Norwalk. One month after moving in, five shingles fell off the roof. The rehabber called Milton Cordova to fix the issue. After a few broken appointments, they eventually came by and reattached the shingles.
I voiced my concern about the entire roof replacement they had done and questioned why shingles were falling off so soon. They guranteed me the problem wouldn’t happen again. However, two years later, four of the same shingles are falling off once more.
I contacted Milton Cordova and sent pictures. After two broken promises to come by and fix the issue, he no longer answers the phone.
Draw your own conclusion about the quality of this two-year-old complete roof replacement, which, according to the receipt, cost $24,500. Personally, I have never seen anything like this on either a brand-new roof or one that’s only two years old.
