    We recentl hired his groipd and addressed the post from the pool job and the demo job.. and some personal issues. And we found the following to be very concerning. Mr Morales printed numors texts and a signed contract with regards to the pool job. turns out the to and from "adam" was in fact the owing the cleint terminated thw contract for whatever reason and clear stated, when he was offered some substainal refund he didnt want it instead asked to clean the slate if Morales brought the pool pump equipment... we would call it even..sound like someone should've not terminated his agreement and tried to save money. Its in e contract he as with Adam. No refund.. yes they both signed it.
    The Alexander guy..wow this is werid.. we have seen the contract as well and it was marked up then the homeowner refused it, t was resigned.Morales and assco proceed.. we seen the pictures, harrassing texts, fouls texts and to Mr.Morales.. we seen a NSF check by Alexander and one payment for 3500. How can that much work be paid with that? We also spoke to his partner on the job which sated he was paid..eventually.. so i could see what Morales did unfair except anothet homeowner thrying to do what we all think we can do. He just completed and 236k home for us and its was without one hickup.. we argued and had opinions.. but my husband and i are happy. advise if you hire a GC get ready for some drama.. but steady the path. Morales is a awesome designer and everyone on our job got paid.

    Demolish Fire Destroyed Home

    ***RUN, don't walk, AWAY from MC Systems*** I hired Gabriel Morales to demolish my house and he made three (3) material breaches of our Agreement within two (2) days of signing it; MORALES KEPT 100% OF THE FIRST PAYMENT and did not pay subcontractor first (as agreed in contract) leaving me legally required to pay TWICE; Very persuasive with answers for everything accused of; Do not pay Morales upfront "mobilization fee" or make advance payments as it may be last time you see him; After making an advance payment he said needed another advance more than 2x amount of first to complete job the SAME DAY; Do NOT be fooled by smooth/fast talking Gabriel Morales as I believe he's a pathological liar and highly likely to rip you off; A cheap price for job completion, not-so-cheap if he doesn't perform as agreed, leaves you responsible for ALSO paying sub-contractors, and disappears with your money.

    We hired and he "started" work. Then would disappear for days. Do not show up on time. Work ethic non-existent. Gave ample time to complete and correct issues. We had to part ways before completion. We DESERVE the gift card for the frustration and inconvenience.

    This company is one of many that have morales runs, he is a fraud and have found multiple arrest records on him for failure to deliver. He took me for nearly $19k, finally regained enough money to finish project and talking to lawyers. He runs spd group llc, southern painting and drywall group llc and hds builders llc. He is a fraud do not use.
