Only reason this company got one star is because this system wouldn't let me give them zero stars. They walked off of the job unfinished with what they were hired to do. They incorrectly installed a tub a year ago & even though we complained about the brand new tub squeaking, they did nothing to fix the problem. The tub now has a crack across the bottom because they did not properly put support underneath of the tub. Tom McAuliffe, the owner, was a mess. Extremely disorganized, & we had to keep reminding him of what fixtures we had chosen & that they hadn't installed the items we had ordered. I, personally, had to remind him at least 10-15 times of which faucet spout we had chosen & had to keep asking him what was taking so long to install it. Last, but not least, he was almost never there - He would leave his workers unsupervised almost 100% of the time, so they had no direction, guidance, or management of their work. When Tom was there, he had no clue where or what stage of the process they were in, & often seemed completely confused. Overall, extremely disorganized, extremely poor service, & extremely poor quality of work. If you are thinking of hiring this guy, steer clear. Hope that this review helps someone avoid the same home remodeling nightmares that I went through & am still trying to fix.
