Deserves no stars! Wayne Karrer (MCB Custom Homes) did a remodel on our house this past yr. in short I would not recommend him to anyone. He partially did the job then after calling him or should I say his voice mail since he was avoiding us for over a mth he graciously informed us by text his tile guy quit. "We'll be out next wk" guess what nothing. So we began talking to his voicemail for another mth. He finally had one of his employees call and said he would come out. He was her one day replaced 8 broken tiles (which one of those broke from walking on it also) then not here for another wk. we were also informed that sealing our travertine was not going to happen. This is after being told it would (multiple times) and actually discussed what type of seal.
So I hope this helps with one on deciding whether they want Wayne Karrer of MCB Custom Homes do work for them. If I knew how to send pics of the terrible outcome I would.
