If I could give negative stars for this one, I would. Worst contractor I've ever had the displeasure of working with in my 60 years. Jim either does not know how to read an architechtural drawing or just down right ignores it and does it as shotty as possible. Tells me things 'aren't in the scope of the project' when it clearly shows it on the blueprint that it is. Project failed inspection at least 4, possibly 5 times. They put in major support beams that weren't supported themselves. He left a hole in my roof for an entire rainy weekend and stained by new sun room ceiling. I had to point out MAJOR errors. He doesn't know how to communicate, never lets you know when they're showing up for work or not, when inspections are scheduled, nothing. His workers had no respect for my property and cut through my yard leaving rivets (just barely missing sprinkler heads). And to imagine, I actually found this man on the 'Good Contractors List'. What a Joke!!! Stay away, stay very far away!!!!

The work was really shoddy. I had painting and carpentry work done by this group. Only subcontractors show up and the quality of both types of work was very low-level. A trailer was backed up on the lawn (can see the trenches) when the actual work was inside the house. I do not recommend.
