    This GC built a 40K Office building and 25K warehouse for us. We negotiated the project with them as a design build project. The project had some minor hiccups like all projects will have. (This wasn't our first construction project so we knew that going in.) They were never making excuses though, and fixed the problems. The project was smooth sailing due to the owner always being involved. The fee is fair and my project is built right. I am pleased with my building and I woudl definitely hire McCauley Constructors again.

    This company currently owes over $200,00.00 for work completed at three neighborhood parks in Windsor CO. The parks were completed per contract and accepted by the Town of Windsor. The town paid McCauley and McCauley is refusing to pay their subcontractor, forcing subcontractor to seek payment through the project owner (town of Windsor) and McCauley's bonding company. This company operates under bad faith practices. Beware!
