The building had the main drain plugged. A tenant called a Roto-Rooter plumber: he said he had to jackhammer out the cement sidewalk from the building to the street, and change the drain system. Cost (including new cement) around $5,100.00.
Tim McColgan unplugged said main drain for exactly $100.
After 4 years the drain is still unplugged! (I did not like the $5.100, so I went to Ricklin's Hardware in Narberth and they suggested Tim McColgan).
YOU decide about a Roto-Rooter plumber versus Mccolgan Plumbing And Heating Works ($5,100.00 vs. $100.00).
Personally, I am happy when I save $5,000.00!
