    Deadbeat

    This is the biggest dead beat in town. He never pays his subcontractors,or any of his personal bills. We have tried to send him our bill for work we did for him months ago. He has gone as far as removing his mail box to avoid paying subcontractors. But I must say,he always has money to drink on. But pay bills? Never. His suppliers have shut down his accounts and he is evading bill collectors. Never use this man for anything. The job will never be completed & he will take your money and run. Be sure not to pay him upfront.
