I would be very cautious hiring anyone using their lic. I guess Brian allows other to use his lic to do jobs.
The red flags should have gone up when they had trouble pulling permit
You would think that this should have been ready before they took the job
The job was suppose to take 2_3weeks. 3 months later still not complete and can't pass inspection and cost more than quoted
And they don't return calls. Now I'm stuck looking for someone to clean up there mess.
