    New roof
    $9,000

    We had major hail damage to our roof. We got three different bids from companies and McCraw Construction had the most reasonable bid by far. They were very timely and professional. Our roof got done in the time frame we wanted and looks great. We would definitely recommend his services.

    Remodel after fire.
    $17,500

    Beware! We had a house fire. It was small. Smoke damage mainly. But the home needed new paint, drywall in a room, new interior doors and new floors. The home was completely gutted by Servpro - who did a outstanding job.

    We hired this company because the owner's wife had once been the teachers aide for our special needs child. So we thought we were dealing with good people. BIG mistake.

    When this contractor came in, the house was already gutted. Yet it took them 6 weeks to do drywall repair, paint and lay flooring. The paint was not done properly. It needs to be fixed. But he maliciously took the paint can with him. The master closet wasn't touched at all, yet he billed for it. The smoke detectors were not replaced. Although he billed for it. He left a massive mess behind. He smoked cigars and cigarettes in our home, cut flooring in the garage leaving sawdust mess all over our personal belongings (including Christmas resents) He also left oil spots in our driveway. The garage door that he charged approx. 1,000 has since failed. We had to make an emergency call to garage door repair company. These licenses and bonded professionals informed us that the garage door had been improperly installed.

    This company charged for "upgrades" which included two white toilets that should have been ivory to match the countertops. They will have to be replaced should we decide to sell. As the mismatch directly affects the value of the home. He also charged for carpet upgrades that he had already billed the insurance company. And inflated the bill on flooring that we picked out.

    He had us sign a generic contract that allowed him to communicate directly with the insurance company. Through the process he submitted billing for things he did not do. Over 7k in fraudulent billing, which included services that ServePro completed. To date he has received over 17.5k and we are in dispute over the last 6k he believes he is owed.

    Replace wood and paint

    We spoke in detail about the job. Mr. McCraw only completed about 60% of the work and stated that we had never discussed the remaining portion. Furthermore, he kept all of the money and placed his sign in my yard without asking permission.
