    We picked McDonald Building because they were highly recommended by their previous customers. Our experience with McDonald's was well beyond expectations. This was our first time building a home and they were there for us EVERY step of the way and did an outstanding job. The design was mine and had been visualized over a decade before we started building. The McDonalds brought a dream to reality. I know that sounds a bit "cliche" but it is the truth for this situation. Their expertise is outstanding and their attention to details superior. The McDonalds truly cared about building "our" home not theirs. I can't imagine having anyone else build our home!!

    I have experience with only one project constructed by MCDONALD BUILDING LLC, a home constructed for a family member in Entiat, WA.

    In my opinion the craftsmanship displayed in completing detail work in the home was well below the standard I would have expected anywhere in the state of Washington. Upon a quick tour of the home, I noticed that gaps were left in the drywall surrounding door moulding, decking with two distinct sides was installed haphazardly so that it lack cohesion, and substantial finish work - like an on/off switch for the garbage disposal and the sink-top drain plug levers - were left unfinished or unconnected.

    In my opinion the finish work was substandard and the project was not completed with an eye to quality craftsmanship. I cannot speak to the quality of the structural work done on the home as I am not an expert. However, I can only hope for the owner's sake that these aspects were completed with more skill and care.
