    Working (if you can call it that) with James “Jimmy” Ciampi has been the single worst experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. He took my money and gave me nothing in return. He was impossible to get in touch with and I constantly had to get after him for any sort of progress or updates on our project. Needless to say the project never could get off the ground due to his extremely unprofessional behavior . It is my opinion that he never really intended to complete the job and his goal was only to keep my deposit. I wish I never met James “Jimmy” Ciampi of Mcduff Aquatics and recommend that you stay far away.
