Would not build with them unless you check building codes and be there every day. Built in 2019 and had to fight them to get them to fix serious structural flaws that should have been caught by county inspectors.

Built in 2022 with them thus far brick work is good and sound, however be there everyday for finish work, we are redoing a lot of it ourself , finish work was rushed half painted walls, nail pops, cheap paints, and finishes fireplaces double cheap. Just don’t put one in or do a wood burning. Had to replace multiple finishes as they are contractor cheap builder supply. Should have just bought my own from the start. Leaky faucets, cheap garbage disposal very loud, You will have to repair chalky cheap paint bad caulk job throughout house.
Keep eyes on the finish work!!!!
