    Update, kitchen and bath remodel, foundation support
    $65,000

    We bought an old home in Ybor area that was in need of electrical and HVAC repair, updating, and needed a renovation of bathrooms and kitchen. We received a competitive price and a very professional result. The communication was collaborative and the guidance and timeliness was spot on. I would use this company for all my properties in the Tampa/Sarasota areas.

    This contractor performed poor workmanship on the room addition, patch work, remodeling, painting, in fact rip a portion of the carport made of aluminum and garden tub. after numerous conversations with him. he continued to ignore the calls and when he showed he did not have a work schedule. Due to the poor workmanship and schedule, we had no other alternative but to fire him. We had to hire another contractor to come in and repair the problems that he caused and never completed. The contract was signed 10/12/2012 with a completion date in 3 months, nevertheless that occurred. my rating is 0,very poor.

    This contractor has failed to comply with his contract agreement regarding job completion on our home improvement and room addition project. his contracts indicates 3 months maximum for completion not withstanding weather or material hold-up, in which none occurred. this project started in November 2012 and have not yet been completed. The contractor is hard to reach at times. The progression of the job is very poor , you are uncertain when someone is going to show. We have missed and cancelled numerous engagements due to promises that he made that someone/he was going to show and work. however, we are disappointed each time. The paint job needs to be re-done, the area where we had a door enclosed you can see the imprint thru the paint and etc. The job as of this date is not good and yet has been completed. 5/7/2013.
