Today I called McGill to schedule a toilet repair and replace an instant hot water dispenser. I have used them in the past with good results. Not so today - I spoke with J. Woods who was only willing to address the water dispenser if I sent him pictures (which I did). He called our house later while I wasn't home, told my wife a ridiculous amount and didn't mention the toilet repair. He did not send a response to my email. I found him to be unwilling to discuss options, short with answers and seemed to want to get of the phone to move on to the next call. He probably doesn't realize there are other plumbers in town.
