With over 25 years of experience, we can handle all projects. You signed a contract to do a Service Upgrade and removal of Knob & Tube wiring and rewire associated areas. We preformed to the satisfaction of a Building Inspector. The Building Inspector said we did a great job for you. We have performed all work associated with that contract, with the exception of adding two additional receptacles that you wanted. When we talked, we agreed to remove all Knob & Tube wiring and rewire what needed to be and we would move forward with all other tasks that you wanted done. I explained to you that we would add those two extra receptacles when we did the other projects so we would only have to go under the low part of the residence one time and you verbally agreed. The “I haven’t figured that part” is in reference to the pricing associated with that task. You have ungrounded receptacles that are a completely different circuit than the removal of the Knob & Tube wiring, which we discussed at the time of the Service Upgrade. We have made several attempts to do what is fair to resolve this issue and are still willing to do what is fair to satisfy you.
