    This contractor will take your money, use subcontractors that will go unpaid and leave you with a mountain of debt. He started our project with zero intentions of finishing. Shoddy workmanship with very little oversight of his subcontractors. We are currently seeking legal counsel.

    Fraudulent and dishonest contractor with history of bad business and bankruptcy. He took installment payments from us with no intention of using it on our project. He owes us over $40k and is now filing Chapter 7 to erase this debt. We have since learned he has a number of sub-contractors who have gone unpaid, placing liens on clients homes. He advised us weeks after our last installment that he no longer had our funds but found a framer who would front materials. We later spoke to this person and found this was a lie. We have in writing his plan was to get more jobs from Buildzoom and use those payments to pay. The last installment of $29k for framing he requested early. It was due after foundation inspection which eventually failed. Turns out he gave the foundation contractor the wrong plans.
