  We had a terrific experience with McLaren HVAC. Our boiler went out and we were prepared to survive without heat or hot water for days. However, James came over the very next day at 8:30am and worked diligently all morning to fix our boiler. It was much less than the price we were expecting. We thought we would have to replace the boiler for thousands of dollars, but he was able to fix it for much less than we thought. We are very grateful to have heat and hot water again. Thanks so much James!

  I've got nothing but problems with McLarens heating and cooling since it been put in.. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman, and they think it's okay to do a shit job or because I live in a modular. I've only seen Jeff once, and that's was to sell the unit. The guys that come do a terrible job. My ex husband and I had to go under the modular to fix the mess. Don't believe me.   Several years ago we had Jeff come out and repair our HVAC unit. I was impressed with his knowledge and education on HVAC systems. A year later I had him replace a faulty mother board in my garage heater.
  Not only is he quick to respond and reliable, he gave us a senior citizen discount . There are advantages in getting old.

  I have a boiler system that wasn’t working properly. They came out and told me just how horrible and mismatched my system was without offering solutions. James basically said that it was junk. I needed a zone valve, pressure tank and some other various parts replaced. $610 later. Even though his notes said that he tested the system and it was working properly, it wasn’t. He returned and said I needed a new circulating pump. He replaced it with out telling me what it would cost. The bill for that was $210. He said he didn’t charge me for the labor, only the pump. I looked it up online and it can be purchased for less than $100 anywhere. The best part, it’s still not working.

  Fix the furnace

  We called McLaren at 9:00 in the morning and left a message that our furnace was not working, We received a call back at 9:30 a.m. and by 12:30 Jeff was here and fixed it. Jeff was experienced, friendly. responsive and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to use them again.
