    If I could give any fewer stars I would. We were required to use McLeod construction for our repair work on our condo by the homeowners association. Not only did it take 9 months to complete, the quality was horrible and there were costly errors on the program management side that we were responsible for. The straw that broke the camels back was the billing. We never received a bill until today in addition to receiving the first invoice the email from there controller was to inform us that they were foreclosing on our property unless we paid by 4pm. The invoice was paid immediately once received. I would highly, highly recommend against anybody using McLeod. Who sends an invoice via email and not a hard copy unless agreed to in advance. Also who does not call to say an invoice was sent out and is delinquent. Awful company!!!

    We just contracted McLeod Construction to do the repair work after the dry out from the plumbing leaks caused by Elegant Solutions. McLeod did all of the dry out and repair work and subbed out the plumbing. They were awesome to work with. Very professional. Kept the mess quarantined and they cleaned up daily to help us so we could comfortably live in the home while the work was being done. They went above and beyond and were a breath of fresh air after our poor experience with Elegant.
