By Craig D.March 20, 2021Install vinyl plank flooring and baseboard$5,000
I am looking all over the internet for places that I can write a review for McMillian Flooring. Casey and his crew installed new vinyl plank flooring and also all new baseboard throughout our old house. If I could give them a 10 star or a 100 star review I would. Not only was their workmanship incredible. Their attention to detail was also awesome. Extremely pleasant to work with and a joy to talk to. I am so glad that we choose them to do our house. I would recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed at all but will be very happy with the fantastic job that they will do for you. They go out of their way to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with every detail of their work. We were extremely impressed with how professional and caring that they were and how meticulous they were. I can't wait for them to do any flooring install for us again. They are the best I've ever seen.

Scott did an magnificent job, was friendly, professional and assiduous. I knew from the start, I'd made the right choice by calling him. He worked with my busy schedule and I was so thankful for that!
Love my new floor!! Thank you Scott!! -

We hired Casey to help us remodel 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom as well as add a laundry room to a 1955 cabin we bought in Prescott (Grooms Creek). The work he did was timely, and beautiful no doubt. He was professional to work with until he was paid in full. After job was completed and he was paid, he was no longer available. He even sent his Dad to fix dry wall issues (paint, cracks, barn door) as well as other blue tape issues…and he never did the touch ups as promised. **We are now ready to finish our kitchen re-model with another company.
I called Casey, and I simply needed him to come over and talk for 10 min (or via phone) with our electrician to answer questions about the panel box he did , as it would help our current electrician better understand what he’s dealing with...as Casey did so much in our panel
box and electricity. Casey absolutely refused. Straight up refused to be available. He refused to explain his work to us or our electrician. This response leads us to believe he doesn’t take pride in his work. Make note: His customer service is non-existent after he’s paid. Advice: don’t pay in full until your job is 100% done and if you do ever want his help or advice for future projects — he won’t be available…he’s just way “too busy” with every excuse in the book. I’m sad to write this review because looking at his work it’s very pretty, however for a contractor to not be able to explain his blue tape touch-ups or ELECTRICAL work to us or another technician is shady. Our electrical box he touched makes zero sense. We would be happy to change the review if things are amended on his end.
