The job wasn't finished. We talked one day he need a few days to get more pricing, waited a few day followed up. Then followed again a couple days later. Then he was suddenly out of town. Said he would get to it asap. Waited a few more days followed up then he was suddenly busy with other roofs for a week. This was not a good encounter
