I made an appointment with Mr. Ikemire 2 weeks in advance. When I called to confirm the date and time, (4 days prior) Mr. Ikemire not only confused my contact number with someone else but he also did not have my correct last name. He said he'd tried calling me to tell me he had another real estate deal he needed to attend the exact same day as our appointment. Well he couldn't reach me because he had the wrong number and when I asked him for the number he had, it was not even close... not even the same area code. He told me my options were to reschedule for the very next day or 1 week out. I explained to him my frustrations and he asked me what I wanted to do. I told him I absolutely couldn't make the following day as my builder and realtor would need to be present. Would you like to guess his response? I'll tell you his exact words, "I don't want to work with you anyway!" He then slammed the phone in my ear. This is THEE WORST contractor experience I've had without a bit of remorse from Mr. Ikemire. I strongly urge anyone reading this to seek an architect who upholds ethical and moral standards.
