We called Ken on a Thursday evening to help us with an electrical issue. He came to our house within an hour and a half, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it the next morning. He had on time, worked quickly, and explained what the problem was and how he fixed it.
Great service, quick repair, very knowledgeable.

We had multiple plugs out. He came out, started to trouble shoot our problem, explained things as he went, found our problem, went to work fixing it, got everything fixed, reasonable price, very experienced, had come recommended. His experience in this gave me confidence that he would help us and he did the job faster than i thought it would go.

Highly recommend McNamee Electric. Came out same day I called and fixed problem with our outlets. Knew what he was doing and fixed it very quickly, then took the time to explain everything. Would definately call him again

I contacted Ken regarding an issue with a non functioning electrical outlet . He responded back within 10 minutes and set up an appointment . He then contacted me and was at my house within an hour. Ken diagnosed and rectified the problem within moments after his arrival. I would not hesitate to use him again or refer him to others.

I would just like to share my experience with Ken he saved our New years Eve!!
My lights went out and I quickly googled emergency electrician and he came out in less than 20 mins on NEW YEARS EVE!!!
He definitely saved us and I was worried we would be welcoming the new year in the dark when we had all these plans made with our family. He was quick and efficient! He’s definitely hands down the best of the best. I HIGHLY Recommend Ken and his company for any of your electrical needs!

Ken was very prompt and came over to my address within an hour of me describing the problem. He made every effort to explain the problem, show us the breaker and even wrote notes for me to relay to PG&E for their technician.

McNamee Electric is an excellent company for all electrical work. Ken McNamee and his team rewired my 101 year old mother’s house in East Bakersfield that was built in 1950. From the beginning of the process, Ken was open and thorough in explaining what would be needed to rewire the house to bring it up to a safe living dwelling and to bring it up to code. It was a house whose entire electrical system was breaking down. He explained in detail what needed to be done; how it would be done; and why it needed to be done. Ken was clear from the beginning that the cost he quoted me was a set amount, and that did not change. The quality of work was excellent. However, what was most impressive was his kind and considerate treatment of my mother. It was necessary to keep her in her house during this huge process, and every possible accommodation was made to keep her safe with everything necessary to meet all of her needs and comforts. She always had electrical power in the room she was in and access to the bathroom. She never had to worry about losing her food in the refrigerator. I highly recommend McNamee Electric for all electrical needs.

They did an excellent job an the price was very good. Ken did a great job responding to a late night call for electrical problems. The job ended up in a much needed and overdue rewiring job. He did such a great job. Upgraded the whole house. I had McNamee Electric do the Electrical rewire of my home. He did a phenomenal job. He was on time, courteous and very informative about the process and was able to the rewiring of the main home while I stayed in the addition portion of the house. I really appreciated that I did not have to leave my home during the covid 19 stay in place. He made sure that I had everything I needed to stay comfortable while he did the repairs to my home. He was able to complete the rewire in 3 days for $3000 just like he quoted me. McNamee electric is the only one who will do the electrical work on my home from here on out. I will definitely referee him to all my friends and family that needs a good honest electrician who will go the job right and for the right price.

I would highly recommend McNamee Electric to all of my friends and family members. He was an electrician who really cared about my mother and me and our business. He was very professional, on time and took time to explain what was the problem with the home so that we understood what needed to be done. He never minded any questions we had concerning the repairs and costs. He made our home safe again to where we could stay in it during this whole Covid 19 situation. He wanted to make sure we were in a safe during this whole shelter in place. We really appreciate the time he took to do the job right and do it right the 1st time.
