AWFUL! DISGUSTING! I HIRED THIS GUY TO INSTALL A NEW AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM IN MY HOME. HE BOASTED THAT IT WAS A VERY EFFICIENT SYSTEM. THE ONE HE INSTALLED WAS TOO COMPLICATED TO BE RUN BY A NORMAL THERMOSTAT IT TURNS OUT. I JUST WANTED A BASIC SYSTEM, SET THE HEAT AND THE COOL AND LEAVE IT. I DID NOT ASK FOR COMPLICATED. THE SYSTEM DID NOT WORK AND HE HAD TO REPLACE THE THERMOSTAT. HE NEVER TESTED THE HEAT AND A FEW WEEKS AFTER INSTALL, THE HEAT DID NOT WORK AT ALL. HE CAME BY TO TRY AND FIGURE IT OUT AND GOT IT PARTLY RUNNING. A FEW WEEKS LATER THE HEAT WAS NOT WORKING AGAIN. THIS IS JUST 4 MONTHS AFTER THE INSTALL ON A BRAND NEW COMPLETE SYSTEM. HE CLAIMED HE WAS RETIRED AND COULD NOT HELP ME. $6,500.00 HE CHARGED ME. WHERE IS MY WARRANTY??. I HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO TRY AND FIGURE OUT THIS SYSTEM AND THE HEAT STILL DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. VICTOR MCNEESE IS AN INCOMPETENT PERSON, HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING, HE CHEATED ME AND HE CANNOT BE TRUSTED IN MY OPINION AND EXPERIENCE.
