    We had our roof replaced this winter and chose Mr. McNulty after having several estimates. He was very reasonably priced and his workers are very professional take great pride in their work. They found an issue with the ventilation and insulation after replacing plywood and brought it to my attention. They corrected the issue without any additional charges. I am ver happy I chose these guys and would reccomend them greatly. Thanks guys for a wonderful job.

    This contractor / owner, Dennis McNulty, seemed very trustworthy during the 'sales' meeting. But we never laid eyes on him again. Nor did we ever see an English-speaking person at our job site. And there was never a supervisor on site either.

    If that is not bad enough, this installer obviously did not train his (legal?) 'employees' on how to install the roof that he sold us. The shingles that we purchased were installed completely wrong and this poor installation voids the 15-year warranty we were sold with the roof.

    The icing on the cake came when we decided later to renovate a bathroom that has a wall on the outside of the house. Upon taking the sheetrock down, we discovered a major leak in the wall that caused structural damage that had to be repaired immediately. The TRUSTWORTHY person who repaired the damage said that the workers (using the term loosely) did not replace the flashing; they simply nailed back down the old worn stuff. And they didn't place flashing AT ALL in a certain places, allowing the water to run freely into our house without our knowing.

    And by the way, the nails left all over the front lawn were really a great safety bonus for our two small children at the time!!!

    AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR AT ALL COSTS!!!!
