Our building process:
We perform all project start−up activities, define and organize subcontractor scopes of work, procure all required building permits, write all necessary contracts & purchase orders, manage the submitter & RFI processes, organize subcontractor scheduling/meetings, manage contractor pay applications & monthly progress payments, facilitate all project meetings, handle design change pricing and change order management, manage project turn-over with internal punch list processes & client punch list, and manage project closeout. McTier & Associates understands that all of this cannot be accomplished without always striving to build trust with clients and subcontractors and investing in these relationships every step of the way
