I was recommended MDCC Inc. by referral, and I couldn’t imagine finding a better contractor in the Washington, DC area. I needed a complete renovation of a 700 sq. ft. condo unit which had not received much love since the 1980s. I worked closely with Yousef and Oscar to review wood floor options, cabinetry, and a walkthrough of all other potential renovations. Before beginning work, Yousef was incredibly attentive and spoke with me numerous times to answer any questions I may have and provide guidance on the renovation process. Once work began, Yousef and Oscar were in consistent communication with me throughout the renovations. Throughout the work duration, there was a constant inspection of renovation quality. Over 1.5 months, MDCC Inc. performed the following renovations: removed the popcorn ceiling, installed 700 sq. ft. of wood flooring, installed new cabinetry and appliances, knocked down a kitchen wall, wired and installed new living room and closet lighting, and completely renovated the bathrooms from the ground up. Not to mention, MDCC threw in complimentary moving services. Yousef and his team offered a very competitive price upfront and did not throw in any surprise charges. They were also very reasonable and helpful in completing punch list items. I highly recommend MDCC Inc. for any renovations you are planning for your home.

We hired MDCC to renovate several rooms in our house. We were very impressed with his work as well as the ideas he came up with to make it more efficient and cost effective. The men he sent to our house were very professional and did great work. I would recommend this company to anyone for any job big or small.

First the job is a 1 200sq foot basement . The framing was done will, the drywall looks like a group of 10 year old cut the drywall with butter Knife. The guy that did the work did not speak any English. I wish i could put photos up to show you. Do not use they person. He never showed up to check the work that was being done. I get anxiety When i see the drywall workmen ship.
