Bathroom remodel

$15,000

Sloppy work, items were not plum or level, cheap parts to give finish were not used, for example pipe rings were never replaced and old rusty ones were re-used. Tile work was uneven or not level, layout of tile was not centered, small pieces were by the door and not the far wall, lots of wasted tile because they always cut a new tile even if the cut tile was larger than the needed piece. Workers do not listen to the client and give false excuses on why. Workers do not respect clients property, and use things that they do not clean and return, but rather return broken and dirty. Workers do not use tarps to protect anything, and client spends days cleaning up after, especially outside where cuts were made, 100s of sharp tile shards all over front lawn. Matt always has an attitude and tries to get more money for things that are just part of the normal work. Walls look like a child spackled and sanded as lumps, groves, and holes were left and pained over. I would never hire again, and would never recommend to anyone.
