I don't write reviews often, but this one I have to. I reached out to Sean about having my bathroom remodeling done. Quickly he responeded back and we met.
His ideas were great, and added much more than what we origianally had thought with changing the tub to a different location and having a two sink vanity instead of one.
The bathroom was 100% designed by MDM and it was so fresh to see it on a 360°.

Shawn and the MDM team got our bathroom remodeling done in 3 weeks. We are very satisfied with the results. The tile work in particular was done very professionally and looks amazing. The only thing I would do different is shopping for the finishing materials much earlier to have a larger selection as some can take many weeks to arrive.

We rate MDM Custom Remodeling 5 out of 5. A few months back they completed building a master suite on the 2nd floor of the house and the end result is just top-class. The proposal offered by Mike was within our budget and the workmanship is just excellent. The project was completed way before the time. And every little part of the master suite was constructed beautifully without skipping any corner. Mike is a genuine guy, what he says, he does. We liked his ideas and proposals and most importantly, we liked the design he showed us very much. For a detailed understanding, he sent us the 3D version of the master suite where every little detail was present. Literally there were no reasons we said no to Mike. We trusted him completely and Mike has kept his words. The construction process was also problem-free. All the people in the team were very supportive and extremely professional. The project manager was also very knowledgeable and helpful.

A couple of my friends were speaking highly about MDM since they had remodeled their house recently with them. I was also planning for a remodeling of my house so I decided to talk to Mike, the owner. The first thing I noticed about Mike was he was very approachable. He was all ears while we were explaining our ideas. We wanted someone like him for our project. He gave us all the ideas about the remodeling and also, he told us how we could avoid any problem during the construction process. Mike also designed the entire house and gave us a 3D version of it.
Like Mike his crew was also very efficient and very clean. Since the project was going on during the Covid-19 time, all the crew members were extra cautious and all the guidelines were followed strictly. When there was any issue which was very few in numbers, the project manager was quick to rectify them and fix them. Overall, the construction process went smoothly and the project was completed 3 weeks before the time. It was within our budget and that’s why the overall experience was very, very satisfying. I suggest everyone to talk to Mike at least once before finalizing the contractor, you will not regret.

MDM Custom Remodeling was simply outstanding and I recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. We hired them for adding a master suite in the house. The experience with Mike was very nice. He was very professional from day 1and gave us a lot of good ideas about the master suite. The best thing about Mike is that he never tried to sell us anything unwanted like the other contractors. In fact, he always made it a point to make the most out of our investment for the project. The A to Z of the design part was done by him and it was just fantastic.
The crew was very professional like Mike and they worked very efficiently during the project. As per the contract, the project was supposed to take 6 months to be completed but it was done within 5 months that too with great perfection. Everyone was very cooperative during the construction work. Mike was in touch; the project manager was very efficient. And the best thing is the budget didn’t cross the project cost. Mike is an excellent human being to work with! He and his team had been working on a master bedroom addition in our house for the last 4 months. He is experienced and he has a team of skilled people and contractors.
MDM was not the first company we discussed the project with. But after consulting 4-5 other companies, we liked Mike’s approach and suggestions. We then decided to go with him. The project was very systematically planned by Mike and he first offered us a 3D design of the bedroom. Lots of helpful features were also shown in the design. My experience of hiring and working with MDM Custom Remodeling is nice! Mike was our project manager for a new floor addition, and he has a great sense of professionalism. Initially, we approached the wrong guys with poor knowledge. But soon we decided to stop the work as things were not going as per the plan. Mike, on the other hand, is really experienced and knows his job inside out.
The addition of a new floor is huge work, so, we wanted a genuine contractor to take on our project. Mike and his team were serious about that. He presented us with a new 3D design of a 1200 square feet floor with 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 kitchen. He also made some changes as per our specific needs, thanks for that! Mike was also very specific about the flooring options and the walls. He also made many valuable suggestions that we had no idea about.
To talk about his team, the guys are excellent and extremely professional. The job was completed within the estimated time. We now simply love the new floor in the house. Whoever visited the new floor, has praised it from the heart. Thanks guys!!

I had quite a few doubts in my mind when I hired MDM Custom Remodeling for a master bathroom addition on the 1st floor. I was recommended to them. I just called them up to have a conversation, but later I liked their approach and enthusiasm about the project. Mike was managing my project along with Shawn, and he actually helped I clear the doubts that I had initially.
We were planning a large bathroom on the 1st floor, and Mike was helpful enough to create a 3D design. After making a few changes, we finalized the design. Now I feel that hiring Mike and his team was the right decision for the bathroom addition work. He is always open to discussion regarding the project and that helped an effective finish. We made our mind long ago to add a master suite on the 1st floor of our existing house. But finding the right contractor took us over a month. We were in talks with a few contractors in Los Angeles, but almost all of them tried to impose their concept of design, rather than concentrating on what we needed. Patience does bear fruit. We had a full house remodeling done with MDM Custom Remodeling. It is a big investment, so, we were looking for a genuine contractor. It was a tough job for sure, but we probably were lucky enough to find Mike and his team to do the job. We hired them after consulting with 4/5 other contractors. However, the experience is excellent to have the job done by Mike and Shawn and their team.
Complete house remodeling is a huge task, and so many minute details are involved. We were also concerned about the budget. But to our surprise, we were pretty okay with the budget that they asked for.
The project started on time, and we saw that these guys are very organized and they know their job really well. Mike gave us a time of 10 months for the completion of the entire project. Mike efficiently looked after all the engineering aspects of the job. They produced a 3D design that helped us to have a virtual walkthrough of the new design. Moreover, the 3600 panoramic view was also very helpful. We are happy with the materials used in the projects. And what we really appreciate is that the project was completed before the estimated time. Thanks guys for such great remodeling work at my house!

I had a nice experience associating with MDM for a bathroom addition process. We were talking to a number of contractors for quite some time but we couldn’t be fully convinced, the spark was missing among all of them. And then we met Mike from MDM. The initial discussion went off well and we asked Mike if he could show us the end design. After seeing the 3D rendering of the new bathroom, we made our decision at once. Mike is a really nice person with immense knowledge about his work. He knew very well what would compliment the design of our house. He sticks to his commitments. His team is also very professional. All the guys were very courteous. They were always on time on the jobsite. Most importantly, they were extra cautious due to the Covid-19 situation. The workers were provided a specific guideline to follow and we were also given a copy so that we could ensure that the guidelines were being followed. The best part of getting associated with MDM was the transparency. Everything was on paper and nothing was hidden. The project was completed on time and the budget was also suitable for us. I am running short of words to tell you how happy I am with my new house. I hired the service of MDM Custom Remodeling to remodel the entire house. We asked Mike to come to our house for discussion and he was on time. He was quick to offer us a rough estimation of the project. While having a look at different parts of the house, he was noting down things and was suggesting us what the best solution would be for that particular area. I am extremely satisfied with the remodeling work of MDM. The construction process was very convenient. It’s always very challenging to invite unknown people into your house to work for 8 hours every day for weeks. They literally share your house with you and your privacy is compromised. But thanks to Mike and his excellent team of workers. It was a really nice experience working with MDM Custom Remodeling. This was the first time we opted for home renovation. We had very little idea about what to do, how to approach the company and what to expect. One of our close friends helped us a lot and it was his idea to hire MDM for the job. He had hired their service previously. Initially, we wanted to remodel the kitchen and two bathrooms of the house but after talking to Mike, we decided to go for a complete home remodeling and now we know that we were right. The process wouldn’t have been possible without Mike. He was there from the beginning till the end of the project.

Our job was not small, it incuded remodeling both bathrooms and the kitchen, removing walls and installing new hardwood floors through the entire house.
We definitely got the 5 star construction experience we expected.

All materials MDM installed were very high quality. Both vanities and kitchen cabinets are custom made in their shop, we got exactly the style and layout we wanted. All crews were professional and friendly, they worked every day full days and left the place very clean at the end of the day. Communication with Mike and Shawn was very easy, through emails and lots and lots of texting, besides being  on the job site almost every day supervising and making sure we are satisfied.
They promised 12 weeks they will be out, they were out after 10 weeks.

What amazed me the most was the finishing, the details on the finishing was incredible, even things I haven't thought of, they made it perfect.

After hearing horrible contractor stories from our friends, we are incredibly happy we worked with MDM Custom Remodeling, a little bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.
