Build a deck and put in two egress windows in the brick wall below the deck.
    $10,000

Tim is not insured. When we asked him for his insurance and bonding company paperwork. He failed to provide it. In fact if you look at the bottom of this page it states that he is his own bonding company. He damaged my one and failed to come back and complete the work. We have reported him to the PA AG for action and for lying to them about having insurance. His work is absolutely terrible and he takes shortcuts. He lies and has a difficult time grasping the truth. He doesn’t return calls and does whatever he feels like and then try to tell you you asked for it that way...even when the contract he signed doesn’t agree with what he is saying. He took all material that he purchased for our job, even though he didn’t finish the job.

    Paint exterior, windows, roof

Terrible work . Tore my roof off let rain leak in. Pressure washed our wood house and damaged wood siding. I caught him using water in paint and mixing in sample white paints in the color she chose. Mediocre painter used a 2 inch brush to paint house. Didn't rechaulk around windows or anything before painting. Came to work late and worked a couple hours a day, when asked where his help was he would bring a school kid with no experience to help paint. No carpentry skills at all. The last straw was he said he would use top grade windows and tried use mobile home replacement windows In our house. Fired him and repainted my house , removed roof over basement way and removed back steps and rebuilt them. Installed my own Windows and had a real contractor do my roof. He cost me about three thousand dollars. But I'll consider that a lesson, he could have destroyed my house. Be warned.

    Metal roof, porch painting
    $2,200
    10 days

    ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!
Cheated me out of $2200 for a "metal roof" which was a disaster and had to be replaced. No wood underneath to level the metal, no drip edge, nothing to stop water from getting under the panels at the top. He said he was trying to "save" me money but estimates from reputable roofers doing the right job were about the same. He charged $1200 for the roof and $1000 for painting the porch. I was really stupid and got taken in. Have since had that job redone.

As for painting my porch - my 10-year-old grandson could have done a better job. It will be redone next spring.

He over-bought extra materials and kept them. The only thing he didn't get to keep was the 5-gallon bucket of paint which he only needed a gallon of for the walls of the porch. He was not happy that I put it inside the house and kept it.

    rebuild small front porch
    38 days

The porch Tim built for me failed codes inspection for the roof, steps, posts, and railings. The codes inspector ordered it to be torn down as it was deemed unsafe. I had to hire another contractor to demolish the structure and build another porch that was safe. I contacted the Atty. Gen's office, which told me this business DID NOT HAVE a PA license. In addition, they did not pull permits. His "300 day warranty" is bogus; the roof rafters pulled loose from the house in the first two weeks; Tim disappeared and refused to answer or reply to my calls.

Overlay on Existing Mobile Home Roof
    1 day
    Verified Hire

He was always prompt about getting back to me about any questions I had about getting the roof done, and also came in a LOT cheaper than the other contractors I had received estimates from. I was able to get the roof done before winter and it was completed in 1 Day! We even had a very strong wind storm blow through a day or so later and he called to make sure that everything was fine. Thanks
