As a customer who recently hired the services of Meadowbrook Design, I am deeply disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism and disregard for our time and money. After multiple attempts to get in touch with Dennis and several inaccurate drawings, I cannot recommend them to anyone in good conscience.
The level of incompetence displayed by Dennis and his team is simply unacceptable. Not only were their drawings inaccurate and misleading, but he also failed to respond to any of my attempts to get in touch. Despite leaving numerous messages, sending multiple emails and texts, I have been completely ignored. Having spoken to multiple contractors in the area, it’s disappointing to learn that Dennis has a reputation for exercising this kind of avoidance tactic so please be warned.
If you are considering hiring Meadowbrook Design, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Their inability to deliver accurate work and lack of responsiveness make them an unreliable and untrustworthy choice for any landscaping project. Don’t be fooled by their initial, seemingly efficient interactions, save yourself the frustration and disappointment and find someone who delivers quality work and honors their full commitment to their clients.
