My husband, Joshua, and I did have Mechanical HVAC Services install two new HVAC systems for our former home in Garner, NC in 2015. To sum up what could easily be the worst experience of our lives as homeowners, PLEASE DO NOT use this company. They were awful to work with. They sold us $12,000 worth of systems-- one for upstairs and one for downstairs. Three weeks after installation, the upstairs unit malfunctioned and flooded our house. It took months of fighting with them to get the repairs completed, and as we went through the process, we discovered they had never filed the correct permits, they didn't call for any type of inspections of their work through the county, and they were completely unwilling to work with us on repairing damages that were their fault. We ended up having to file a claim against the company with the state licensing board to get things to move along.
So, in short-- NO, we would absolutely NOT recommend them to anyone, friend or enemy. They were terrible to work with, unreliable, and they absolutely do not do the type of work I'd encourage anyone to have in their home.

Originally when the owner Brian Hawes was doing all the work (I have used Mechanical HVAC multiple times) the work was stellar and the professionalism unrivaled. However, the last two times I have used Mechanical HVAC, the personnel were lacking expertise and attention to detail and the work was second rate. I hope he gets his workforce in line before Mechanical HVAC becomes just another foundering top-heavy conglomerate.
