Homes are beautiful from the outside, however the subcontracting is absolutely terrible. All started from day 1 walk through. House was absolutely filthy covered in saw dust, red rings I toilet (new construction) and they had the nerve to tell me it wasn't their fault. 2 years later and we are still waiting for warranty items to be fixed. For example tiles in the bathroom with barcodes showing. Very poor quality finishes. Not to mention forgot to paint the bottom of the house, touched it up with wrong paint color and refuse to fix it. What makes this company the worst is they are extremely unprofessional and the owner uses intimidation tactics to get buyers to back down on warranty requests. I do not recommend them!

Been in the house for 2 years. It has been constant exhausting fixing. The previous review was right, the subcontracting was terrible but ultimately the builder should be responsible. I regret this purchase very much and can't honestly give a rating of approval.
