Their estimator Ray is excellent and was generous in terms of explaining thoroughly the plumbing components of a new Buderus G115WS/4 oil boiler installation.
However, their bid for our entire job including replacing and augmenting baseboard in two upstairs bedrooms of over $16,000 was very high compared to 6 other proposals that we received that were in the $10,000- $12,000 range and were comparable in terms of both materials and labor. Consequently, they are over budget and we cannot accept their proposal.
