Your pool was built within 60 days and filled before 2020 year end as requested. MedHawk Pools has engaged with your build manager to come to a resolution on the following items at our expense: When the Feb 14th, 2021 freeze occurred, MedHawk Pools replaced $11k worth of the customers equipment at our expense. When the concrete cracked, MedHawk Pools removed & replaced the concrete at our expense. When the customer changed her mind about design selections after the pool was built, and MedHawk Pools replaced the Spray-Deck color and pattern at our expense. When the homeowner’s dog damaged the turf, MedHawk Pools replaced the entire backyard full of turf at our expense. Customer changed her mind about the ledgestone color after the pool was finished, but does not want to incur the cost of a change order. MedHawk Pools is not able to cover the cost of design changes after the pool has been completed.

This was a terrible experience that continues to be ongoing. Every concern I’ve had has been ignored or only partially addressed. The lack of communication and the absolute defensive behavior screams zero customer service.
I do not recommend their services.
