We met with David and he’s a nice guy but we do have many complaints after they were done painting our whole house.
    1. His team did not take the extra steps and effort in protecting and taping the trims and fireplace, and covering floors and countertops. Therefore, paint was spilled on carpets (we are changing them out and told them this but if this wasn’t the case, paint would be on the new carpets due to nothing laid out to protect the floors & carpets). There was paint that was splattered on our kitchen floor (wood), counter tops, sink, fridge, and pretty much everything in the kitchen. They also did not tape or put in the effort to our fireplace and painted on the sides or our stone fireplace. These are inconveniences for us because we have to clean up their mess which could’ve been avoided if they took extra precautions with everything. We paid for their work and wished they were more cautious and took time with all of the small & big things in the house. There were no tapes on the trims or some kind of sheet or material laid on the floor to prevent paint splatter and spill. They pained on sides of the fireplace, trims, light fixtures, and much more. If only extra precautions were taken, it would have been a better job done. Now we just have extra inconveniences for us to clean up and pick up after. We also had our ceilings done but we can still see streaks and informed them but they didn’t correct it although they did try, we wanted more out of them because we paid for their “professional” service. They were in and out in 3 days. Maybe 1 more day to touch up the ceilings would have been great because again, we paid for the service. Taking their time should be a priority too.
    2. We wanted a specific color and they started off with that one for around the trims but it must’ve ran out so they ended up using a different white. In some areas of the house I can spot the difference of white. We don’t mind the white but we wanted integrity and for him to just be honest and tell us that the specific white we wanted was not in stock and if we can go with a different white but this was not mentioned. What bugged us was that he didn’t inform us and just went with whatever he chose. Now if we were super picky it would’ve bothered us but we weren’t. Also, it bothered us because they started with the different white and we can see the difference in certain rooms.
    3. We appreciate his teams work but it could’ve been a better job. Don’t recommend them for paint.

Medina-Inc replaced doors and trim work in my house. The work was well done and they did extra small things for me (replace ceiling fan, bathroom vanity lights). They helped move furniture to get to baseboards and put it all back in place. They were pleasant to wok with and I will continue to hire Medina-Inc. to work on additional home improvement projects. I highly recommend them.

Mold Remediation and air quality test
    $3,000
    4 days

My experience with the crew was very professional. I would recommend this contractor to my family and friends. They where a little late for the final walk through, however it was understandable due to the traffic...

Medina Inc completed mold remediation services in my basement and provided an air quality test. The air test makes us feel confident that my family is safe and free from toxic mold spores.

Medina Inc is a professional company and it shows in their work ethic. Couldn't believe low prices. The work was completed two days before they said and they left no mess to clean up. I'd hire / refer them again.
