    If I could leave 0 stars I would. Leaky windows all around. Disgusting treatment. They disappeared. I had water damage because they installed the windows incorrectly, no weep hole covers, misaligned windows, no frame put on, just the windows against the concrete and sealed incorrectly. Had to redo the drywall, window sills, all around. My friends in the building are in the same situation. Everybody is looking for them and they don't respond. Look for Elton Karaj or Moez Soua

    This is Dee and i am not so sure what building you are referring to. Moez and Elton are not hiding from anyuand are quite reachable as well as myself in the office. I have gotten no calls from you ir whoever you represent. Also to note, you cannot install windows against concrete, they will not stay or fit. Windows go against wood bucks that are fastened to the concrete. Please check your facts. And I have no building that is full of complaints. If there is a leak under the window to the drywall then that us a structural issue to be resolved with your association. If you need help I would be glad to but don’t make it seem like we are doing bad business

    They did 2 homes for us, One in Boynton & another in Wellington. Their installation was great, on time and customer service was great. I suggest dealing with Dee in the office as Moez is always very busy, which is understandable, you cannot expect the owner to be at your beck and call all the time.
    The work is construction so it does get messy, i was warned, the contract is detailed and they did all the work they said they would and a little bit more

    GREAT SERVICE, VERY CONVENIENT AS I AM OVERSEAS
    THESE PEOPLE THAT HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH PAYMENTS AND CLEANING DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW CONSTRUCTION GOES.. CLEANING THEY DO NOT DO AND THE CONTRACT IS CLEAR AND STATES WHAT THEY WILL AND WILL NOT DO, SOME PEOPLE DO NOT READ AND THAT IS THE MAIN ISSUE I READ HERE.

    I FIND IT FUNNY HOW I KNOW ALOT OF HAPPY CLIENTS THAT DO NOT LEAVE ANY REVIEWS BUT AS SOON AS THERE IS A PROBLEM THAT IS OUTSIDE OF THE SCOPE OF WORK THEN THEY ARE QUICK TO GIVE BAD REVIEWS.

    IN THIS INDUSTRY YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, THEY GAVE ME A FEW QUOTES FOR DIFFERENT TYPES OF MATERIALS AND IF YOU GO CHEAP, YOU DO NOT GET LASTING STUFF.

    MIND YOU, MY HOME WAS DIRTY, MY BLINDS WERE BROKEN BUT I BOUGHT NEW ONES AND THEY PUT THEM UP FOR ME, I WANTED SOME EXTRA AND THEY DID IT FOR ME. NOT SAYING HE HAS THE BEST PERSONALITY BUT HE IS BLUNT AND AS A BUSINESS PERSON I CAN APPRECIATE THAT

    I love the fact that i did not need to lift a finger after I signed the contract with Dee. They did everything and the permit was closed. The contract is detailed and states what they will not do. But for me, Mo did do some minor extra things for a minimal price. My windows lasted the hurricane and they are beautiful
