Jorge Medrano (Medrano Construction) was hired under fixed bid contract. From day one of the project Medrano never met any of his timelines or deliverables. He constantly advanced billed on the project, and whenever questions were asked on billing he sent flaming emails or verbally abused us. He also demanded payments in cash, which we refused to do. In the end, he quit on us in breach of our contract and said sue me, i only have three shovels of personal value. Stay away from this contractor.

My husband contacted Mr. Medrano for a kitchen remodel. We made a copy of our plans costing almost $100. He gave Medrano the plans and asked for a proposal. We've been waiting for a quote. My husband called Medrano several times and left several voice messages. No responses. We're trying to get our plans back but he won't return.
