    Tear out and replace uneven floor
    $3,000

    Installed floor off by over 1". Blamed the tile job. You can clearly see it was not the tile job upon inspection. Not to mention what you would have to do to tile over an inch difference in under 10 feet from wall to wall. Just refused to take responsibility.
