Operating from a 10-acre facility in Lodi, Meehleis Modular offers design-build contracts and a selection of pre-approved modular designs, including Division of State Architects (DSA) custom pre-check (PC) buildings as well as Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) approved structures for projects that do not require DSA approval. Projects undertaken include classroom wings, full school campuses, gymnasiums, two-story field houses, slab-on-grade structures, government offices, warehouses, and detention facilities. Meehleis Modular manages every phase, from estimating and design through fabrication and site installation, ensuring cohesive project oversight throughout construction.
