    Absolutely horrible! Left a hole in our attic. Not only is he a horrid inspector, but very racist! Stay away! There are so many other reputable inspectors in the area.

    I would leave 0 stars if I could.

    Short version. He came to my home for a wind mitigation inspection and entered the attic to inspect the roof. He mis-stepped while up there and put a hole in my bathroom ceiling. He claimed he had no liability because he had permission to go into the attic. He also claimed to record our conversation where I gave him permission (a crime in Florida under statute 934.03). He refused to pay and suggested I DIY repair it with duct tape. He offered $20 for supplies. He refused to make a claim to his insurance company or offer his insurance information out of concern his rates would increase. He only took action via insurance claim when I threatened to sue him (I had my lawyer contact him).

    It took 4 months for resolution of a $450 repair. He's supposed to be a contractor who suggested I repair a hole in drywall with duct tape and $40 in other supplies (he originally offered $20 to "meet me halfway").

    There are other contractors who have more integrity than Mr. Meeker and I would suggest you seek them out. I'm sure Mr. Meeker does a fine job if nothing goes wrong, but you'll have a bad time if any mistakes happen.

    Meeker Industries is the Best Contractor, Inspector and Consulta

    Mike personally took great care of us and he also offers Pre-Purchase Home and Building consultations along with Stucco damage consultations. He showed up on time when he said he would. Overall one of the best professionals I have ever worked with.
