This is a contracted disinterested in the quality of its work, who appears to have constructed our steam shower in a defective manner. The shower was constructed approximately 12 years ago. The shower was leaking into the bedroom below. After hiring a new contractor to smash out the marble walls and bench, the wood supporting the shower bench was exposed and was rotten. Several plumbers have told us that the liner was installed incorrectly. We have had to tear the out the entire marble steam shower (at huge expense) and have the entire shower rebuilt. When we discovered the leak, we contacted MEF Contracting, but they said they were too busy to come to see the rotten, leaking shower they built.
